2    Study     Your     Details	²   Professional mould engineers who are familiar with HASCO and DME system             can understand your requirements very well  ²   MQC can give you some advices after we understand the                 requirements of your project
3     Make   Schedule	²   MQC get  the schedule of the mould from the supplier ²   MQC will follow up the full manufacturing process of your           mould by  the schedule
4    Design	²   MQC will supervise and urge the suppliers to design the moulds         which is  according to your requirements ²   MQC will give some advice as we are experienced mould designers ²   MQC will  discuss with you  if there are any problems during designing ²   MQC will get the key size from buyer, then make a check list to control the key size ²   MQC will help supplies to provide detail drawing for the custmer to check,          approval of mould design with agreement on all details including :Mould Base,         cycletime, runner system. gate location, mould service-life, steel, Etc
5  Purchase	²   MQC will make sure the steel specification and standard parts meet                your requirements	Tell        us     what      you     want      and     MQC       will        do        it
6    Build     Mould	²   MQC will supervise and urge the suppliers to make the mould fits your        requirements and in time  ²  MQC will ask the suppliers to check the important measure during the   mould manufacture ²  The schedule will be delayed and modifications  will be more difficult if the mistake is found till the first shots, so MQC will be make sure that the suppliers have self-check ²  MQC will ask the suppliers to modify immediately to fits your  requirements if any mistade are found. MQC will try our best to avoid things like this happen   ²    MQC will fill out the schedule by truth won't disguise any problem,  because MQC are your employees   ²   MQC well update you weekly reports and digital pictures of your mould include the self-check form and schedule  ²   MQC will update you weekly report with digital pictures of your project in clude the self-check fromand schedule ²   MQC will communicate with you in time
7      First      Shots	²   When the tool making is complete, first shots will be run   ²   MQC and the suppliers will check the sample together  ²   MQC will push the suppliers modify it immediately if there are any problems
8    Modification	²   MQC will supervise and urge the suppliers to modify the mould according to                your requirements
9     Check       and     Accept	²  You and MQC go to check the mould together   ²   Maybe you are not satisfied with the mould,   But  we are sure everything of the         mould are the same as you knew(we have already reported to you)
10      Mass     Production	²   MQC will arrange the mould to injection if you need, of course we will follow           up the  injection process
11    Plating	²   MQC have some cooperate chrome plating companies,  ²  They have good quality and reasonable price,especially for Occident         customer
12   Delivery	²   Your tool and final products  will be delivered on time ²   MQC will let the import and export company to export  your product if you need
